Shipping

Once the order is finished, an email will arrive with the summary and the bill of your purchase. We will prepare the order in our stores and specify the collection with the carrier.

Once the package is collected by our carrier, we will send you a order monitoring number with which you can know at all times in what situation is the delivery.

Shipping deadlines

  • National (Peninsular, Portugal and Balearic Islands): 1-5 working days from the departure of the request for our stores
  • European Union: 7-15 working days from the departure of the order of our stores.
  • International: 15-20 working days from the departure of the order of our stores.

Remember that shipping deadlines can vary due to situations outside the suspicion and is also subject to times of greater demand for shipments (blackfride, sales, etc …).

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order at Susppiro.com, you can return unwanted merchandise. We accept returns for reimbursement up to 14 days after the delivery of your purchase. If you want to return an item due to a defect, damage or some other claim related to the guarantee, communicate first to our customer service writing to customerservice@suspppiro.com.

Once the package has been received in our facilities, our equipment will review the garments and the purchase of the purchase with the one you made of the payment will be made. Be sure to return everything without using, as new and with the original labels and packaging.

Transport damage

Of course, you will receive a complete replacement of any damaged product during shipping (when available, otherwise, you will receive full refund).

Be sure to verify at the time of delivery that your order is complete and if there are possible damage. It is better to take into account any written defect to the supplier for immediate delivery. As a next step, report to our equipment of email so that we can start immediately processing the reimbursement or replacement of your order. Guarantee claim

Everything you need to know and do when you feel that your team is valid for a guarantee claim within a period of 2 years.

Step 1:

Send an email with the following information (where available):

  • Customer number
  • Invoice number and purchase date.
  • Name of the article
  • A brief description of the defect.
  • One or two digital images in which the damage or defect can be seen clearly

Step 2:

We will inspect the images as soon as possible and receive an email on our part with information on how to proceed.

Step 3:

To facilitate everything, we will process the claim and make sure that the problem is solved as quickly and satisfactorily possible. However, the process can take a little time and we must request patience in advance. When returning textile items, it must be taken into account that they must be clean or washed. Thank you!
