You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In Susppiro we take security very seriously and their confidential data are protected and sent encrypted to the banking entity (Redsys or Paypal), so that no one can make improper use of this information.

We send orders to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Rep., Sweden.

The delivery deadline will begin to count from the departure of our stores.

Delivery term:

• Spain: 1-5 days
• Europe: 5-10 days

Longer delivery deadlines may vary, since holidays are not included in the city of destination or on Saturdays, and could be a little longer in high season.

Shipping costs vary according to the destination of your order. To obtain information about the shipping price, add the product (s) that you want to buy from the basket and proceed to payment.

If the order is being processed in our stores, we can modify it provided that the product has the same value as the acquired and there are stocks. Send us an email with the order number and the product you want.

Once the order has been completed and out of our stores, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.

Changes: direct changes are not accepted. If you want a different product, you can make a new order.
